It appears as though one of America’s largest wedding vendors is moving downtown. With over 4,000 events per year DJ Connection (the company I founded out of my dorm room in 1999) has decided to move to downtown Tulsa where it will conduct business next to the historic Mayo Hotel. Officing out of Executive Center, DJ Connection will be occupying about 6,500 square feet of commercial real estate in the building. In total DJ Connection will now be occupying near 9,000 square feet of total usable space. The new office location will allow room for growth into the Kansas City, Denver, and Houston Markets while allowing the company to provide better service to its existing large and growing client list.

Joining us downtown will be Omni Lighting, Galaxy Limousines, Cherished Traditions Videography, Epic Photography, Exquisite Valet Service and host of other top of the line Tulsa wedding vendors. These vendors will comprise a new “wedding mall concept” that Tulsa has yet to experience. As a Tulsa Commercial Real Estate marketing expert, I sincerely feel that relocating to downtown Tulsa is going to prove itself to be a wise decision for DJ Connection and for the other wedding vendors making the move as well. With the BOK Center, OneOK Field, the existing downtown loft residential crowd, the new Mayo, the presence of Kanbar’s iconic and thriving commercial real estate crowd and the thriving Blue Dome District I believe downtown Tulsa is poised for massive growth over the next 4 years.
